Be aware of non-attorney practitioners. Very simply, they lack expertise, and they face no penalties for fraud, errors or omissions. A licensed attorney has malpractice insurance and must answer to the bar associations and other licensing agencies. There are no ethical constraints for non-attorney practitioners. Similarly, DO-IT-YOURSELF Kits are often outdated and can result in a denial of your application!

Be aware of attorneys/firms who only provide limited support. Some attorneys only prepare petition and leave you to deal with embassy. This firm provides full embassy support!

Do not overpay. Completing a K-1/K3 Visa process is a somewhat simple process for an experienced attorney. The fact that I am an attorney with vast professional associations and litigation experience should not have bearing upon the fee.
